JANAM is a local band with global influences: Appalachian, Balkan, Middle Eastern, Ukrainian, and on and on. Each of the five a topnotch musician, they’re energetic and spirited and a delicate and powerful ensemble as well as world-class interpreters of tunes from everywhere.  And Juliana Graffagna has one great, great voice.
